Desert Halo
Tiered Spa Retreat
Desert Halo
This Chandler backyard is built around a freeform pool and a raised circular spa that gives the project its name. The spa rises above the waterline in stacked, tiled rings, creating a bold focal point from every angle of the yard. A stone-clad raised wall runs along the back of the pool and feeds sheer descent water features that keep the surface moving and the sound of water constant. Pavers frame the pool deck and extend into a wide lounging area, while decorative bowls add height along the edge. Desert rock landscaping and a palm tree finish the space with a clean, low-maintenance look that fits the Arizona setting and holds up to year-round use.
